Using EasyAuth on The Xtyling SMP.

Before joining

1. Apply to The Xtyling SMP using your exact Minecraft Java username.
2. Choose a unique server password. This is separate from your Microsoft or Minecraft account password.
3. Wait for approval. The portal registers your EasyAuth account before adding your username to the whitelist.

Logging in

1. Connect to smp.xtyl.ing:25565 with the exact username used in your application.
2. When the server asks you to authenticate, open Minecraft chat.
3. Enter /login your-password, replacing your-password with the server password you chose.
4. Do not enter that password anywhere except the in-game EasyAuth login prompt or this portal’s password forms.

If you cannot log in

• Check that your username exactly matches the approved application, including spelling.
• If you forgot the password, use the password reset page with the same server and username.
• If your application is still pending, wait for approval before trying to join.
• Never send your password to staff or another player. Staff cannot view it.
